COVID-19 Update

At Metlam Australia, our priority is to ensure that we create a safe environment and put in place actions that will reduce the risk of exposure for both our team and our customers/ clients.

The World Health Organisation has recommended social distancing as a preventative measure that will assist by reducing people-to-people contact points. The more social distancing we can achieve improves our chance of keeping everyone healthy, which will help reduce the spread of the virus.

The following precautionary measures are based on expert advice and guidance and will be implemented by Metlam Australia from 17th March 2020:

All customer visits paused unless business-critical. Our Sales Team will be in contact with you by phone ahead of any pre-scheduled visit to arrange alternative support.
Despite these measures, we are business as usual, and our Sales and Customer Service Teams will continue to be available via phone or email.

Stock levels: Metlam remains committed to fulfilling orders as they are received. If faced with a situation where stock levels of a particular product line do become stressed, then we can reassure our customers of the continued supply of equivalent or alternative items. Metlam Australia can provide this service as all of our products come in many different finishes, or we offer many comparable items in our product ranges at the same quality, warranty and price points
