This is then sent directly to our Service Department and will save you a lot of time and repetition. Please ensure you include as much detail as possible in your form to ensure we are able to provide a fast and effective resolution.

A service fee of $110.00 + GST per hour, inclusive of travel will be charged for call outs that are deemed to be not covered by warranty (i.e. incorrect installation, usage of incorrect or contaminated soaps and consumables, environmental damage, non Metlam Australia product or if product is no longer within warranty period). Please note: Travel is included in service calls within a 1-hour travel time radius of the Capital City CBD. For areas beyond , please contact Metlam Australia Head Office for service fee costs. Please note after the first hour, a rate of $85/per hour shall be applied and charged in half hour increments. Payment would be required on completion of the job, unless the job is deemed to be covered by warranty.
