Blundstone Arena (formerly Bellerive Oval) in Hobart, Tasmania, underwent a major $30 million upgrade, completed in 2014. Working with ARTAS Architects, Metlam Australia helped deliver a new 4,500-seat western stand, improved facilities for players and coaches, a commercial kitchen, café, and outdoor dining areas. The redevelopment also enhanced pedestrian access, crowd safety, and public transport links, boosting the stadium’s capacity to around 20,000 seats.
