Reminder - Policy Updates coming into effect from 1 September 2026

Effective 1 September 2026, the following changes will take effect:

Enhanced Warranty Policy - offering extended coverage terms, reinforcing our commitment to long-term product performance and reliability.
Updated Freight Policy - reinforcing our commitment to delivering a seamless customer experience from order to delivery.

Our new warranty policy introduces a 7-year warranty term for selected products, along with an extended 2-year coverage across additional product lines.
