Metlam Australia was proud to provide a range of commercial washroom accessories and disabled compliant products for this landmark office development.

Located in the heart of the city, this 12-storey building includes two levels of car parking and 12 levels of premium office space, covering a total floor area of 23,000 square metres. It is home to People’s Choice Credit Union and Santos, with a dedicated footbridge connecting the Santos tenancy to their existing head office next door.

The ground floor features a 400 square metre space that includes a retail banking branch for People’s Choice Credit Union, a café, and a welcoming lobby area.

Designed to meet high sustainability standards, the building targets both 5 Star Green Star and 5 Star NABERS Energy Ratings, with features such as a recycling storage room and energy-efficient air conditioning systems.
