The project delivers three multi-level buildings and the development of a public park between the buildings. One building provides a flexible mix of accommodation choices matched to the needs of the frail aged requiring nursing care plus appealing wellbeing services and facilities that are also be accessible to the wider community. The precinct is particularly appealing for older Melburnians because of the popular inner urban location which offers high levels of amenity.
The Wellbeing Centre is the centrepiece of the development. It includes a day respite centre, physio and podiatry services and seniors gym with a hydrotherapy pool. Medical consulting suites, beauty spa, cafe and associated mixed retail are also present.
