This major project involved the design, construction, financing, and ongoing maintenance of a new Greenfield hospital and associated facilities at the Bloomfield Health Campus in Orange, regional NSW.

The new Level 5 hospital includes a 200-bed general hospital, four operating theatres, 60 specialised treatment areas, two radiotherapy bunkers, and extensive primary and community health services. The $192 million, 32,000m² facility spans 2½ levels and features helicopter roof pad access.

The development also includes two new tertiary mental health buildings, comprising a 145-bed acute unit and a 90-bed secure/forensic unit, alongside the refurbishment of two heritage buildings.
