177 Pacific Highway will be North Sydney’s first new commercial building in six years, the landmark development will redefine the North Sydney CBD skyline and feature just under 40,000sqm of commercial space across 30 levels. It will incorporate state-of-the-art design elements, large floor plates, harbour views, full end-of-trip facilities and with substantial green credentials will target a 5 Star Green Star v3 (Office Design and Office As Built rating) and 5 Star NABERS Energy rating. A number of environmentally sustainable features have been incorporated into the building design including low-temperature air conditioning systems for reduced energy consumption, rainwater harvesting and performance glass facades. The ground levels will provide a vibrant town square atmosphere, comprising a spectacular entry height of more than 13 metres, public garden plaza featuring café and retail areas.
