Project - Greater Curtin University - Exchange Design Builder - Probuild Constructions (Aust) Pty Ltd – Perth Exchange is the first precinct to be delivered at Curtin University's Perth Campus in response to Greater Curtin Master Plan. It is designed to bring education, industry and community together, encouraging and facilitating the sharing of knowledge, ideas and creativity and serving as a catalyst for innovation and progress.

Two student accommodation buildings with 750 student beds. The third building houses 40 apartments and 60 hotel rooms. Designed to bring education, industry and community together.
